You should receive your pin numbers within 1 minute by email.
If you are a Hotmail user, the email may be in your junk folder.
New Customers
We may need to verify your order by telephone. If you have a university or business email address this will speed up the process. On your order form, please make sure you supply a landline telephone number (home or work) so that we can contact you.
Order Tracking Service
You can view your pin numbers and access numbers in our order tracking service.
Both regular and new customers can track the status of their order. For our order tracking service click here. Simply put in your email address and password, then click "view all orders". Your password will have been emailed to you when you made your first order.
You can request to receive your password by email again on the order tracking page by inserting your email address then click "forgot your password?". An instant email will be sent to you with your password.
