What is a Rechargeable Phone Card?
A Rechargeable Phone card is a Phone Card which you can add credit onto after purchase. This means that when you have made calls and the credit is low you can add credit onto your existing pin number instead of having to buy a new phone card.
Why buy a Rechargeable Phone Card?
- Keep the same pin number
- You can sign up for Auto Top Up facility ( see below ) meaning you will never have to order another phone card online or go to the shop again
- If you select manual top up, you can add credit to your pin 24 hours a day
- With the Infinity Rechargeable Phone Card your credit is valid for 365 days, instead of the normal 90 days.
What is Auto Top Up?
Select auto top up when you buy your rechargeable phone card so that you will never run out of credit again, even during a phone call. During the purchase you will select what value you want your auto top up to be (£10, £15 or £20). When the credit on your pin runs low, the pin will be topped up by the amount you have agreed. Auto Top Up can only be agreed at the time of the purchase of the Rechargeable Phone Card. If you buy a Rechargeable Phone Card and at a later stage decide to sign up to the auto top up, this will not be possible on this pin number. You will need to purchase a new pin and select Auto top Up.
What is Manual Top Up/ Recharge?
Manual top up will mean that you did not select Auto top up. With manual top up you can keep the same pin number. When you want more credit you will visit our website and buy a top up/ recharge. At that point you need to enter your pin number and the amount you want to top up with (£10, £15 or £20). Once payment has been processed the agreed credit will go onto your existing pin number.
How do I buy a Rechargeable phone Card?
On our website, select the Rechargeable Phone Card which best suits your needs. This may be due to the calling rate to your destination, expiry of credit or other fees on the Phone Card type. We sell the Rechargeable Phone Cards in £10 denominations only. Once it is bought your can add credit up to £20. When buying the Phone Card select either Auto Top Up or Manual Top Up. We recommend Auto Top Up because you will never run out of credit or have to visit our website to top your credit up. Once payment has been processed your pin number will be sent to you by email. This will be instant for regular customers. For new customers this may take slightly longer as we may take steps to verify your identity.
How do I recharge an existing Rechargeable Phone Card?
When you buy a rechargeable Phone Card you recharge a pin number in two ways,
- Auto Top Up
At the time of the purchase of the pin, select Auto Top Up and the amount you would like to be added to your pin number when credit gets low. With Auto Top Up you do not need to worry about running out of credit. We monitor the credit in your account and when it gets low, we automatically top you up. You have nothing more to do.
- Manual Top Up
If you do not select Auto Top Up when you purchase your pin number, you can add credit onto your pin number any time you like using our website. When you want to add credit, go to our website, select the amount you want to add and enter your pin number. Once the payment has been processed, credit will be added to the pin instantly.
When will the credit expire?
Infinity Rechargeable Phone Card credit expires 365 days after first use.
Best4Minutes Rechargeable Phone Card credit expires 90 days after first use.
Story 4 in 1 Rechargeable Phone Card credit expires 90 days after first use.
How do I cancel my auto top up agreement?
When you make an auto top up agreement, you will receive an email from our online bank, Worldpay. This will give you instructions on how to cancel the agreement, which can be done at anytime. If you cancel the agreement this will mean that your pin will not automatically be topped up when your credit gets low.
